This 1920's colonial revival home was vacant for over two years. Not only was the heating and air conditioning system defunct, but the entire premises was at risk of a catastrophic event. The chimney was in risk of causing a fire, the natural gas fuel lines at risk of an explosion and live wires were everywhere in the basement. Before a new HVAC system could be made and installed, the entire basement needed major repairs for the home to be safe.

To ensure the safety and integrity of the home, Schneider's did all the repairs first, then built the entire custom hydronic hot water system at their office. The homeowners only had 8 hours of down time without heat, making the transition to the new system, quick and seamless.
